1. Introduction

Welcome to Moonlit Homestay ("we", "us", or "our"). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website at moonlithomestay.in and your stay at our property. By accessing this website or making a booking, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or make a booking.

2. Booking & Confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed only after:

• You receive a written confirmation email from us; and
• Full or partial payment (deposit) has been received and verified.

We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion. In such cases, any payment received will be refunded in full within 7 business days.

3. Guest Responsibilities

By making a booking, the lead guest agrees to the following on behalf of all members of their party:

• All guests must be 18 years of age or older, unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
• Guests must carry valid government-issued photo identification (Aadhaar, PAN, Passport, or Driving Licence) and present it at check-in.
• Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property, furniture, or fixtures during their stay.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the premises. Designated outdoor smoking areas are available.
• Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Guests must respect other guests and neighbours.
• Pets are permitted only with prior written approval and may be subject to an additional cleaning fee.

4. Check-in & Check-out

Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM and standard check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available on request and is subject to availability. Additional charges may apply.

5. Payments

We accept payments via Razorpay (credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallets) and direct UPI transfer. All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

GST will be charged in accordance with applicable Indian tax laws. A tax invoice will be provided upon request.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Moonlit Homestay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your stay, including but not limited to loss of personal belongings, injury, or illness.

We strongly recommend that guests obtain appropriate travel insurance before their visit.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, photographs, and design, is the property of Moonlit Homestay and may not be reproduced without our written consent.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in [Your City], India.
