Born from a love
of Munnar
We grew up watching the tea estates of Idukki change with the seasons — golden in October, impossibly green after the monsoon, wrapped in mist by December. We wanted to share that with people who'd never seen it.
Moonlit Homestay started as a simple idea: take care of guests the way you'd take care of a friend visiting from far away. No hotel formality, no impersonal lobbies. Just clean rooms, good food, and someone who knows which trail to take for the best sunrise over Munnar.
Every room has been built around the view. Every breakfast is made fresh. And we're always around if you need anything — whether that's directions to Eravikulam National Park or just an extra blanket on a cold Munnar night.
